At Chek Hup, our commitment to sustainability is directly aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), a global framework for addressing social, economic, and environmental challenges. Over the years, we have embarked on several efforts that contribute to several SDGs and will continue to do so.
In partnership with local NGO Yayasan Generasi Gemilang, Chek Hup contributed directly to reducing food scarcity by sponsoring meals for low-income schoolchildren in impoverished areas in Malaysia. The program aims to adequately feed needy children at least one meal a day, which will also keep them in school and educate them. More information is here (link to page with info).
