Q: I have Type 2 diabetes, can I still drink Chek Hup drinks?
A: For those with health conditions or concerns, we recommend you to fully check the ingredients and consult your doctor or healthcare provider before consuming our drinks. With that said, we have a speciality series called “Bulletproof Coffee” that is keto-friendly and low GI.
Similarly, our ‘Traditional Rock Sugar’ is also certified Low GI, which will not spike your blood sugar. These speciality products are our more healthful offerings to serve a broader range of customers with more specific dietary needs.
