1. The contest valid until 30th June 2020, 11:59pm (GMT +8)

 

2. Winner will be announce on the 7th July 2022 at Chek Hup Facebook page

 

3. Chek Hup’s decision on all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Chek Hup also reserves the right to vary and amend the above terms & conditions without prior notice

 

4. If for any reason this contest is not capable of running as planned, Chek Hup reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by relevant regulatory authorities), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest

 

5. Chek Hup shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something beyond its reasonable control

 

6. The contest is conducted in Malaysia only and is governed by the Laws of Malaysia
