Frequently Ask Questions
Once an order has been paid for, it is not possible to add additional items to it. If you would like to add another product, you will need to create a new order. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team to cancel the existing order and create a new one with the additional product.
Stocks for unpaid orders are only reserved for you for 60 minutes. We highly encourage you to complete your payment as soon as you check out to avoid cancellations due to out-of-stock.
There are a few possible reasons why your payment may have failed. These include incorrect payment information, a system error, or an internet outage. Please check these factors and try again. If you continue to have trouble, please contact us through Facebook Messenger for further assistance.
Normal orders – We process your order within 24 hours and will ship within the next 24 hours (Excluding orders placed during the weekend and peak periods like 11.11 Mega Sales). Item will be delivered to your doorstep in the next 2-5 business days.
The delivery speed is subject to the delivery partner, as Chek Hup does not have control over this. However, we will do our best to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
Subscription orders – You will receive your orders every month (30 days). We will ship your order within the next 24 hours of your next payment date (Excluding the payment date which falls on the weekend).
The tracking number for your return parcel can be found in the “Track Order” tab under the "More"section. You can use this number to track your parcel's progress.
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in good condition.
The packaging should be in the original condition in the original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Chek Hup Sdn Bhd will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirmed the goods/products, the customer will receive their refund within 14 working days after the confirmation.
A customer who purchased the wrong item is not entitled to return it.

Once the refund request has been approved, it will take 7 to 14 working days for the payment partner to process the refund.

We use a secure payment processing system that does not store your credit card information. Your card details are submitted directly to our payment partners for processing.
