SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Normal orders – We process your order within 24 hours and will ship within the next 24 hours (Excluded order placed during the weekend). Item will be delivered to your doorstep in the next 1-3 days.
  2. Subscription orders – You will receive your orders every month (30 days). We will ship your order within the next 24 hours of your next payment date (Excluded payment date which falls on the weekend).

RETURNS,  REFUND, and SUBSCRIPTION PLAN CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition.
  2. Customer who purchased the wrong item is not entitled to a refund.
  3. Subscription Plan – You may cancel your plan after 6 months (on the 7th month). You may log in to your Account Page (My Account) > View Subscription page, and you are able to find the cancel button.
  4. The packaging should be in the original condition in the original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Chek Hup Sdn Bhd will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, the customer will receive their refund within 14 working days after the confirmation.
