The one thing about usual BPC that I dislike the most is the after taste of oil added to the coffee. I was doubtful when I first received the Check Hup BP coffee. Surprisingly, this coffee has no unpleasant after taste at all. It is aromatic and creamy as the usual 2in1, minus the taste of palm oil and artificial flavouring which I am very sensitive to. The coffee has a very mild sweetness and keeps me full for much longer time than other instant cofffee.
I do hope that Chek Hup would come up with a stronger coffee taste but ZERO sugar BPC in near future as this BPC has 11% of carbs which is too high for my keto diet. (review via hometesterclub.com)

First, this beverage labelled as low GI (91), low calories, fiber enriched & non-additive flavor, which is decent for daily intake. For the taste & texture, that is quite similar to less sweetener 3-in-1 premixed coffee, the addition of MCT oil & Himalaya salt improves the tastiness of the drink, to enable you to enjoy the mild salty coffee rather than high sugar content coffee. I have tried continuously for 7 days. The first 3 days after consuming, immediately I need to go toilet, pretty fast helps in digestion. From the 4th day onwards, seems like my body adapting, I don’t need to go to the toilet immediately, but still need to go.
